1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.403 of 2025 instituted under Sections 137(2) and 96 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that on 20.10.2025 at about 3:00 P.M., informant's daughter aged about 15 years had gone to coaching siutated at Majorganj and when she did not reach home, informant along with others began to search her and in that course they received information that accused persons including the petitioner has kidnapped her for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. The Victim herself left her house and in this regard she has given the statement that without disclosing anyone she left her house and went to Banglalore and started living with the petitioner. She has not leveled any allegation of sexual assault against the petitioner. She has also denied her medical examination. He further submits that petitioner is a young boy of 22 years, having got clean antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the trial and investigation of the case. There is no chance of absconding or tampering with the evidence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and clean antecedent of the petitioner in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned District and
