Petitioner seeks bail in Tariyani P.S. Case No.154 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a)/47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 156.450 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from the house of Vikash Rai.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74921 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ 1st, Sheohar, in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.154 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
