JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 After some arguments, in view of passage of time, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the respondent no.5 for refund of security money, if any, deposited by the petitioner for allotment of contract on the basis of impugned advertisement as contained in Annexure1. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
