JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been caught by the police while he was carrying 30 bottles, each containing 300 ml. Nepali liquor.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody since 13.09.2016 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that, as a matter of fact, petitioner was caught on mere suspicion and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
