JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 This application has been filed for transfer of Maintenance Case No. 6M of 2018, filed by opposite party No.2, from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai to Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur. The ground for transfer is that the petitioner apprehends danger at Begusarai as opposite parties are resident of Begusarai. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and from perusal of the record it appears that except showing apprehension of threat there is nothing on the record as to whether petitioner has filed any complaint before the court or

In view of above facts and circumstances, I find no merit in this application.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, learned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceedings.
