The petitioner is accused in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018, registered under Sections 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that on receiving information about gathering of miscreants at petrol pump situated near Churamanpur, the informant along with other police officials reached there. While some succeeded to flee away but two persons, namely, Tilak Singh @ Golu Singh(petitioner) and Dinesh Singh were caught hold. On search, petitioner was found in possession of one country made pistol and two live cartridges.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22926 of 2019(2) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
