JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-102016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Simultalla P.S. Case No.54 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 511, 401 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 15 (II(IV) of Petroleum Pipeline Act and Sections 3 and 4 of Prevention of Public Property Act.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 19.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7937 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioners with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months in jail custody.

From the record it appears that petitioners have not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45442 of 2016 (3) dt.26-102016 completed one year in jail custody.

In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
