JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2017 An application, under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been rejected by learned Additional Sessions Judge VII, Begusarai, in Sessions Trial No. 480 of 2013, arising out of Mansoor Chak Police Station Case No. 54 of 2012, which is being assailed in the present criminal revision application.

The said First Information Report discloses commission of offences punishable under Sections 307/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

In my view, no purpose will be served by entertaining the present application after nearly two years from the date of passing of the impugned order, dated 17.11.2014. Otherwise also, I do not find any illegality in
