The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

On robbery of the Innova vehicle of the informant the FIR was lodged against two unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation on the confession of co-accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been collected during investigation against the petitioner. Taking clue from the call detail report of mobile no.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45108 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 843430304499 of the informant two miscreants Sumit Kumar and Manish Kumar were apprehended, they confessed their guilty and named this petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the petitioner.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 222 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
