The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected by order dated 29.04.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 11728 of 2016 on the ground that the petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer of bail after remaining further six months in custody.

Learned A.P.P. in the light of observation does not oppose the prayer of bail.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Om Shankar,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50414 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016, subject to conditions that one of the bailors must be near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
