The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 13 of the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990 and Sections 41, 42 and 52 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was running saw-mill without a valid license.

Considering the nature of allegation and the quantum of punishment prescribed for violation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
