In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Saksohara P.S. Case No.33 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 498 (a), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no.2 herself has entered into the second marriage with Bipin Kumar Paswan, which is apparently clear from Annexure2. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

No.21794 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Tiwari, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Saksohara P.S. Case No.33 of 2014 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
