JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-47A, 49 & 50 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Two persons were apprehended with country-made liquor and disclosed the name of the petitioner, who is said to have managed to escape from there.

Moreover, the aforesaid two co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46967 of 2016 (2) dt.27-10-2016 2/2 in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur.
