Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nawada Mufasil P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 registered under Sections- 341, 323, 307, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that accused persons including the petitioners have murdered the niece of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by sprinkling kerosene oil. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were separate in mess from the deceased. It is further submitted that after the incidence police recorded the statement of the deceased in which she clearly disclosed that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45658 of 2016 (5) dt.27-01-2017 2/2 she caught fire in course of boiling the paddy and her husband attempted to save her and took all measures to provide better medical aid, which has been recorded in paragraph 20 of the case diary.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
