The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Taryani P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30 (A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that alleged recovery was made from the lane and not from the house of the petitioner.
