JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-04-2015 The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for direction to the respondent-authorities to make proper investigation with regard to E-mail said to have been sent by one Vinod Kumar Singh to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna as well as for enquiry into the matter relating to information dated 12.04.2014 given to the police authorities by one Sachin Kumar nephew of the petitioner.

2. In spite of repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the State has filed a counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos.4 and 5 stating, inter alia, that

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.813 of 2014 dt.10-04-2015 2/2 the matter relating to the E-mail of Vinod Kumar Singh has been referred to the Economic Offence Unit and the matter is under investigation.

4. As regards the application dated 12.04.2014 of Sachin Kumar, the latter failed to submit any detail with regard to CC TV footage to the police station despite several reminders and subsequently submitted a letter dated 10.01.2015 stating that he was not interested in pursing his application with the police and no further action is needed in this regard.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of.
