1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the competent respondent to grant or at least consider for grant for promotion to the petitioner on the post of Manager (Depot), from the date when his juniors have been promoted on that post, with all monetary benefits."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already challenged the punishment order

Patna High Court CWJC No.15984 of 2015(2) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 dated 19.01.2015, by filing one another writ petition, hence the claim of the petitioner for grant of promotion be made subject to the final outcome of the said writ petition.

3. It is directed accordingly. The petitioner is granted liberty to avail such remedies, as are available under the law, for grant of promotion, immediately upon passing of an order in his favor, in the aforesaid writ petition, filed by him, challenging the order of punishment.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
