30 bottles each containing 300 ML of wine was recovered and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 28.07.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per disclosure made under para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Manoj Prasad Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Excise Case No. 239 of 2016.
