The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) and (F) of the Bihar Excise Act, 1915.

This is a case under the Old Excise Act.

Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner.
