Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with R.P.F. Post mokama Case No.06/2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 3 RP (UP) Act, 1966. Allegation against the petitioners is that the police on information of breaking the seal of railway, conducted searches and found 4-5 persons fleeing away and in the light of the torch identified two accused persons and found five bundles of plastic, thereafter the name of the petitioners transpired on confession of the co-accused. It further appears that the petitioners are accused in two other cases also.

No.32048 of 2019(4) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that except confessional statement, there are no other allegations against the petitioners and other accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 20.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57252 of 2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM,Railway, Patna in connection with RPF Post Mokama Case No.06/2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
