Patna High Court CWJC No.6287 of 2022(2) dt.01-12-2022 2/2 "(i) For removal of encroachment in front of the land of petitioner bearing Mauza Bahrampur, Khata no. 10, Khesra no. 12 and 13, Tauzi no. 5157, Area 2 Katha 14 Dhur, Boundary : North : PWD road, South : Ram Balak Mahto, East : Ram Prakash Bhagat, West : Sagar Sah upto the main road wherein the private respondents are make out the encroachment and obstructed the petitioner and his family members to approach the main road.

(ii) For the compensation as consequential relief of relief no. 1 because the private respondents have encroached the land knowingly."

The respondent- State has filed a counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that the encroachment in question has been removed on 12.10.2022, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some encroachment is still existing over the land in question, to which, the learned counsel for the respondent- State submits that the same would also be removed, forthwith. It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
