The informant claimed to have identified the petitioner when he along with others went to a brick-kiln after one day of the alleged occurrence. More or less having similar allegation co-accused Md. Sajjad Ansarai has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 06.11.2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Kumar Guljan, Sub Judge-IX-cum-ACJM-VIII, Bhagalpur in
