JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 21-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through virtual court proceeding. This application has been filed by the petitioner for granting anticipatory bail but from perusal of the FIR including the impugned order, it appears that petitioner is not made accused in the present case as his name does not appear in the accused column. It further appears from the FIR that petitioner's son has been made accused in this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in my view, as the petitioner is not named in the FIR, there is no apprehension of arrest. As such, this application appears to be premature and is, accordingly, dismissed.
