JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 14-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
At an earlier occasion vide Annexure-1, an order dated 14.07.2016 passed in connection with Cr. Misc. No.25402 of 2016 while rejecting prayer of bail of the petitioner was given a liberty to renew after framing of the charge. Supplementary affidavit has been filed annexing certified copy of the order passed in Sessions Trial No.204 of 2016 wherefrom it is evident that charge against the petitioner had already been framed on 03.09.2016.
Accordingly, petitioner, Raju Kumar @ Raju Kumar Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52192 of 2016 (02) dt.14-12-2016 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Araria in connection with Sessions Trial No.204 of 2016 arising out of Araria P. S. Case no.25 of 2016, subject to condition that during the pendency of trial, petitioner will not allure, coerce, threat the respective victims and further, his presence should not be surrounding their houses. In case, so alleged at the end of the prosecution, the learned lower Court will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond.
