The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2018.

Petitioner is husband of victim of dowry death. Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 13.03.2019 with liberty to renew prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within one year. The report of the trial Judge dated 19.10.2020 would reveal that the doctor and I.O. are yet to be examined and due to COVID-19 effect, the trial has not concluded yet. Considering the entire facts, especially period already undergone by the petitioner as under trial prisoner, let the

No.26135 of 2020(3) dt.04-12-2020 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
