It has been alleged that petitioner was carrying hundred bottles of country made wine each containing 200 ml and on account thereof is under custody since 20.09.2016. From para-3, it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner Munna Gond is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIIth, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.178/2016.
