In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents to give the direction to the Punjab national bank, new market, Patna as respondent no.2 for settlement of loan to the petitioner because one letter has been issued by the respondent no.2 to the petitioner on 16.03.2023 in which it is stated that the total amount within 60 days as contained in annexure- 12 to this writ petition.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents to give the direction for settlement in between petitioner and said Bank regarding the matter of the said loan of the petitioner because the shop of the petitioner is not running due to fire.

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs for

3. Loan transaction matter can not be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution and it has to be rooted through DRT/DRAT and writ petition. Therefore, the present petition is pre-mature. That apart, it is only notice. On notice petitioner has approached this Court.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy before the jurisdictional forum.
