The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 341,323,379,406,385 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a matter of case and counter case.
It is admitted that the complaint, which was sent to the Police Station for registering a case, has been filed earlier than the case of the petitioner.
It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is a person of means running a jewellery shop. The informant, who is a neighbour of the petitioner, is a medicine shop owner and only on account of certain

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a compromise petition has also been filed by the parties in the court below that they do not intend to pursue the matter. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, Baidyanath Sah, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
