This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Danapur PS. Case No. 248 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955. Considering the fact that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and he is not the licensee of the P.D.S. shop, inasmuch as, the petitioner has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35514 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Danapur, in connection with Danapur P.S.
