JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Police Station Case No. 271 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 384, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but after due investigation, police did not send him for trial and the final form was submitted but leaned court below took cognizance for the offence against the petitioner. Moreover, one co-accused Ranjit Yadav, against whom charge sheet was submitted, has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34634 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad Police Station Case No. 271 of 2012 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
