The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 323/379/504/498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. The petitioner is husband of Opposite Party No.2. He is ready for reconciliation. Petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2019.
