Petitioner contractor an executing agent is apprehending arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 of the Penal Code as it is said that the boundary wall which he raised on the boundary of the grave-yard is the wall raised on the private grave-yard and not on the public grave-yard for which the scheme was sanctioned. Executive Engineer, who was supervising the scheme, has been admitted to the privilege of bail in the event of arrest under order dated 29.10.2013, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42395 of 2012. Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
