2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2021 instituted under Sections 147, 323, 283, 333, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main allegation is against Amarnath Pandey. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the occurrence is basically because of the highhandedness of the police and the false case has been filed.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event

No.27410 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
