The present petition was filed on 9.5.2017 with a prayer to restore restoration petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 9828 of 2013. The said restoration petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 9828 of 2013 stood dismissed due to repeated non- appearance on behalf of the petitioner long back on 15.05.2013 whereas, the present restoration petition was filed in the month of May, 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the court regarding the reasons for delay in filing the petition, however the court is not persuaded with the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the grounds set forth in the petition. The restoration petition stands dismissed.
