Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 registered under Sections366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that doctor examined the victim girl and found her age to be between 17 to 18 years. It is further submitted that it is not a case under section 366A rater it is a case of love affair. It is further submitted that in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. the victim submitted that she was taken to Banaras by motorcycle,

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016.
