The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners also, along with the male members of the co-accused, of commission of assault with intent to commit murder. Considering the nature of allegation, especially, the fact that the petitioners are female, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22069 of 2017 (2) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas/successor Court in connection with Karakat Police Station Case No. 186 of 2016, G.R. No. 1427 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
