JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 Heard Mr. Lakshmindra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court by the order dated 25.1.2012 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 39499/2011 but because he went absconding and did not comply with the condition so put up in the order granting bail that his bail bonds were cancelled and arrest warrant was issued. The petitioner ultimately chose to surrender on 26.6.2018 before the court below and since then he is in jail.
Mr. Yadav informs that evidence is concluded in the trial except the Investigating Officer.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that it is a case of jumping the bail conditions and

No.24863 of 2019(3) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 the petitioner is in custody since 26.6.2018, let the petitioner, Pravin Rai @ Praveen Kumar Ray @ Praveen Ray, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge, Dalsingsarai, District Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S.Case No. 171/2010 corresponding to S.T.No. 36/2011, with the condition that he should present himself on every date fixed in the trial and his failure to do so on two consecutive dates will allow the trial court to issue warrant of arrest and take him into custody.
