This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. First information report of theft is against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused and prayer for anticipatory bail has been refused only for the reason that others were allowed regular bail in the case. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case
