====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 588 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 414, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report it is alleged that co-accused Upendra Kumar was driving white coloured Motorcycle on which petitioner was found sitting.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Upendra Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 70952 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 31.8.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.76602 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.
