The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 320/2020, registered for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A), 120(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal code.

The victim girl appears to be a major and considering the statement of victim girl made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
