1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to AAG-13 for the State.

2. The writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.03.1984 passed by the Director of Consolidation, Bihar, Patna in Revision Case No. 502 of 1976 who has set aside the order dated 28.08.1976 in Appeal No. 133 of 1976 and affirmed the order dated 13.04.1976 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Raghopur in Case No. 36/1975/293/1975.

3. Learned State Counsel draws the attention of the Court to order dated 02.12.2021 in C.W.J.C. No. 12507 of 2001 (Kumari Nilam Sinha Versus The State of Bihar & Ors.) and submits that the case be directed to be transferred to the BLT in terms of the aforesaid order dated 02.12.2021.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners also does not object to the submission made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12130 of 1992(15) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
