Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.7.2016 and it appears from the impugned order that the name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused but up till now, he has not been put on T.I. Parade.

Admittedly, nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and except confessional statement of coaccused, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Udakishanganj at Madhepura in Bihariganj P.S.
