1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to AAG-13 for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant writ application has been filed quashing the order dated 29.03.1984 passed by the Director of Consolidation, Bihar, Patna in Revision Case No. 502 of 1976 who has set aside the order dated 28.08.1976 in Appeal No. 133 of 1976 and thus has affirmed the order dated 13.04.1976 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Raghopur in Case No. 36/1975/293/1975.

3. Learned State Counsel draws the attention of the Court to order dated 02.12.2021 in C.W.J.C. No. 12507 of 2001 (Kumari Nilam Sinha Versus The State of Bihar & Ors.) and submits that the case be directed to be transferred to the BLT in terms of the aforesaid order dated 02.12.2021.
