JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015, instituted under sections 341, 323, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the order of the learned Sessions Judge, wherein he has given the entire details ,which only go to show that the accused persons belong to a family and there was dispute with the informant's family for which Title Suit No. 203 of 2010 is already pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division 5th ,Samastipur, and because of certain injuries sustained by the son of the informant there had been scuffle and F.I.R. was lodged. Be that as it may, I direct that in the event of arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47393 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 or surrender in the court below within four weeks, the above named petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S.Case No. 32 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
