The petitioner is accused in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014 registered under Sections 467, 468, 420, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the informant and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submission that, in fact, the land in question was purchased by the petitioner in the name of his wife, informant, which was sold by the petitioner but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation. It is further submitted that he is in custody since 15.10.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on
