2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

a) For issuance of Rule calling upon the respondent as to why Complaint Case No. 1146 с/2015 pending for before charge evidence should not be closed at once without further delay.

b) For issuance of direction or orders for the close of before charge evidence of Complaint Case No.

1146c/2015 pending before S.D.J.M., Munger.

3. The S.D.J.M., Munger, is directed to dispose of the Complaint Case No.1146C/2015 as expeditiously as

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.636 of 2025(2) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 possible, preferably within one year.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
