Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of two motorcycles from his house.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and as a matter of fact co-accused persons have given motorcycles for keeping there and except this case, he is accused in one more case but he is on bail and in this case, he is in custody for four and half months and other accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62348 of 2018 and by this Court vide order dated 28.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the court below to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and on verification, if it is found that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, except one case i.e., Agamkuan P.S.Case No. 548 of 2018, he shall be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 with condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
