JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-05-2023 The present case has been listed under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the leaned counsel for the petitioner for modification of the order dated 19.05.2023. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in para 3 of the bail petition, it has been mentioned that apart from the present case, the petitioner is made accused in one other case also, but in paragraph no.6 of the order, inadvertently, it has been typed that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

As such, the order dated 19.05.2023 is modified to the extent that in paragraph no.6 of the order, it should be read as "earlier petitioner is made accused in one other case also" instead of "the petitioner has no criminal antecedents".
