Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in P.S. Case no. for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 379, 307, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioners along with other accused persons had assaulted informant and his father and damaged their vehicle. They also snatched a silver chain and fled away. It has been contended on behalf of the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Neither the FIR nor the impugned order reflect any
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22288 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 motive against the petitioners as alleged by the informant. The police after investigation do not find the case to be true. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IVth, Supaul, in Kisanpur P.S. Case no. 103 of 2015 , G.R. no. 1059 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (S. Kumar, J) sudip/- U T
