JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 294 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 380, 454(B), 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is that they entered inside the hut of the informant and try to outrage the modesty of her daughter, but when she raised hulla, they taken away ornaments and cash of Rs.1 lac. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is delay of 14 days in lodging the F.I.R. and as a matter of fact there is dispute with respect to the drainage and due to that they have falsely been implicated in this case.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna, in connection with Paliganj P.S.
